121 - Private Sessions
Your child can have 121 sessions with Stage Academy’s Executive Principal, Andrew Howson, in person at Highgate Primary School, N6 4ED on Saturdays or St Marys CEP, Dollis Park, N3 1BT on Sundays. In these sessions we can work towards…

When booking, please let us know what you hope to achieve with the session.
On your child’s first 121 session, Andrew will assess their current skill level and come up with an action plan for future sessions to help them achieve their goals, closely guided by the parents wishes for the session. You can then choose to book a term long block of weekly sessions at a 10% discount, or you can continue to book follow up sessions on an ad-hoc basis.
Note, parents are not permitted inside the classroom, however there is a waiting area. Non-refundable, can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
Introducing 121 Teacher - Andrew
Andrew is the Executive Principal of Stage Academy and has nearly a decade of experience working with young people of all ages. He has performed professionally in the UK and overseas and is a graduate of the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London.
Within the entertainment world Andrew has worked with brands such as TUI, P&O Cruises, Little Lion Entertainment and Merlin Entertainments. As a teacher Andrew has managed several performing arts schools across London and has extensive experience in safeguarding, first aid, curriculum building, child engagement and exams such as LAMDA with a 100% pass rate!

There are three main subjects to choose from, Acting, Singing and Public Speaking. Within these subjects we can cover the following;

All sessions will be tailor made to the students needs in partnership with the parent.
Every child is different and also has different goals.
After the first session, we will follow up via email with a no-obligation action plan for future sessions including what we intend to cover with the student, how many sessions we anticipate needing, any exam fees if applicable and a block booking discount – however you can simply book sessions on an ad-hoc basis if you wish, subject to availability.
At the start and end of every session we will have a brief and debrief with the parent or guardian to make sure they are fully up to speed with the student’s progress.
After the first session, we will follow up via email with a no-obligation action plan for future sessions including what we intend to cover with the student, how many sessions we anticipate needing, any exam fees if applicable and a block booking discount – however you can simply book sessions on an ad-hoc basis if you wish, subject to availability.
After each subsequent session we will hand you a session summary sheet, which will let you know how your child got on that day, any follow up work and tips!
By booking a 121 session with Stage Academy you can be sure your child’s teacher is DBS checked, first aid trained and an industry professional with years of experience working with young people at Stage Academy. You can also be certain that your child is being taught by someone who has strong connections to the performing arts industry and valuable experience with auditions, agents and exam boards.
Stage Academy 121 sessions are non-refundable, however they can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you need to reschedule please email andrewhowson@stageacademy.co.uk as soon as possible with your request in writing.
Please note that due to the nature of 121 sessions, if less than 48 hours notice is given, the session will unfortunately be lost, this is because we will then be unable to offer it to another student.
