Cancel Your Membership

We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your child’s Stage Academy membership. Whatever the next step on their journey may be, we wish them all the best and hope to be able to welcome them back to Stage Academy soon.

To cancel a membership you must fill in the cancellation form below, we can only accept this form as notice to cancel.

Once you have filled out the cancellation form your child’s membership will be cancelled in line with Stage Academy’s terms and conditions with one full membership month of notice (your membership month starts from the day you signed up each month e.g. if you signed up on the 15th March and gave your notice on 27th October, your membership would end on 14th December).

Your final payment will be calculated using the per session rate and admin fee quoted in your welcome pack and terms and conditions and you will receive an email breakdown of the calculation of your notice payment within 5 working days.

Any final payment owed for the notice period will be due and taken automatically for your usual payment method within 5 working days of your request to cancel.
