Cancel Your Membership
We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your child’s Stage Academy membership. Whatever the next step on their journey may be, we wish them all the best and hope to be able to welcome them back to Stage Academy soon.
To cancel a membership you must fill in the cancellation form below, we can only accept this form as notice to cancel.
Notice to cancel a Stage Academy membership must be given no later than the first class after half-term.
Notice given on or before the half-term deadline → membership ends at the end of the current term
Notice given after the half-term deadline → membership continues until the end of the next term
There are no mid-term cancellations.
Once your form is completed, your notice to cancel will be acknowledged via an automated confirmation email.
Within 5 working days, our finance team will follow up via email confirming your child’s final paid class date, and your final payment date(s) in line with the required notice period.
Payments will continue until all classes up to the end of your notice period have been fully paid for.
Within the calendar month that your final payment has been taken, you will receive a further confirmation email from our finance team confirming the cancellation is complete.
